Otto Karas-Kaufman

Background
Karas-Kaufman studied at the Prague Art Academy and was an illustrator for several publisher, often working in engraving. He made many engravings of his native city before the war.

Deportation to Auschwitz
Karas-Kaufman was deported to Auschwitz in September, 1944 and died there.
