Zofia Rozenstrauch

Born in Poland to a Jewish family

At Auschwitz
Rozenstrauch was at Auschwitz as early as October 1944, and possibly earlier. She was assigned prisoner number 48035. She worked for the Baubüro. In November 1944, she was moved to Auschwitz I, section IIIa.

Liberation
Rozenstrauch completed a notebook of drawings sometime after liberation, possibly between January and March, 1945. These were used as evidence in the trial of Adolf Eichmann. Rozenstrauch was no longer alive at the time.
